Zoom has launched a series of new AI-driven features and products at its Zoomtopia conference on September 17, 2025.

The updates include an enhanced AI companion that can now take notes and schedule meetings across Zoom and rival platforms like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

Users can also jot down their own notes during meetings, which the AI will expand and organize, and perform cross-platform searches across Google and Microsoft services.

New calendar tools allow the AI to suggest meeting times, recommend which meetings to skip, and provide agenda suggestions.

Zoom is adding photorealistic avatars that mimic user movements, with plans to make them available to consumers by the end of the year.

The company is also rolling out live translation, an upgraded web interface, asynchronous Zoom Clips, support for custom AI agents, and improved video management tools.
