Win Rappy Suits when you celebrate Phantasy Star Online 2's English launch in game

Phantasy Star Online 2’s English service is finally live, and you can celebrate that with several exciting online events.

Players who log into the game from now until 10:00 A.M. on June 12 will be able to redeem from their vidphones a Rappy Minifigure, a cosmetic item that can be placed in their personal quarters.

Defeating Caterdran and the Vol Dragon in the “Danger Underfoot” and “King of Underworld” quests within the same time frame will net you increases in rate item drop rates as well as a boost in experience points earned. Completing the “King of Underworld” quest grants you an additional 30 grinders.

Sociable players may also find themselves rewarded; points will be allocated to new parties up until June 26, after which the highest ranking parties will receive prizes like 30 grinders and 200 FUN per party member. Party leaders get two extra AC Scratch cards for their leadership prowess.

On the other hand, shopaholics who spend up to 50,000 AC from now until June 15 will be able to redeem a yellow Rappy Suit! There are also rewards for the lesser shopaholics who spend up to 20,000 AC; these guys can get three-day quarters, a boost to their rare item drop rates, and salon passes.

The events in Phantasy Star Online 2 won’t end when the sparkle of the server launch wears off, though. From June 26 to July 10, players who use scratch tickets will stand a chance to win bonus items like Salon Passes and boosts to their rare item drop rates.
