Founded this year, the startup offers more than 15,000 products, accessible from its mobile app and website. While it only focuses on spare parts for now, the platform plans to expand into tires, rims, and motorcycle accessories in the future.
According to Belipart CEO Michael Jagadpramana, the company has been using the new funds in the past few months to test the market. “We will continue to build our team, products, and expand our sales force,” he adds.
Startups have been entering the Indonesian motorcycle market, the company claims in a statement. One such firm is Moladin, an Indonesian online motorcycle platform which raised US$1.2 million in a pre-series A round from Berjaya Group Malaysia, Ethos Partners, and East Ventures.
