Watch Dogs gets official trailer and release date

We’ve been excited about Ubisoft’s upcoming Watch Dogs ever since it was first announced. But now, finally, thanks to a leak posted on Neogaf’s forums, we know when it’s coming: May 27. Plus, we’ve got an official trailer:

Of course, the May 27 release date is for the US and Europe; we’re checking with Ubisoft reps in Asia right now to see if the game will be released at the same time in Asia. But digital versions of the game will be available on Uplay and on the Playstation Store, which means that if you’ve got a PC or a North American PSN account, you’ll likely be able to download and play the game on May 27 no matter where you live.
