This deck helped US-based WiredScore close $15m in series B funds

WiredScore is a New York-based real estate company that helps set a benchmark for the digital capabilities and infrastructure of buildings.

The company said that over 8 million people live and work in properties it’s certified.

Founded in 2013 by Arie Barendrecht, who also serves as the company’s CEO, the firm used this deck to secure its series B round.

Fundraising journey

• 2018: US$9 million series A raise from KingSett Capital, Legal and General, U+I, Town Centre Securities, Momeni Digital Ventures, Savitt Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Fifth Wall, Sterling
• 2019: Undisclosed bridge round from British Land, Patrizia
• 2022: US$15 million series B raise from Beringea, Cushman and Wakefield, Crow Holdings, Taronga Ventures, Fifth Wall, Bessemer Venture Partners, Jona Capital
