ABOUT
Founded in September 2019, Resellee is a social ecommerce platform in the Philippines that aims to help Filipinos start their own businesses online.
Through its platform, users can help one another buy and sell each other’s products and earn commissions for each item sold. In January this year, it became the official ecommerce platform for the Philippines’ Department of Social Welfare and Development’s sustainable livelihood program.
This deck was used to secure US$1 million in a seed funding round from MinTech Enterprises and Hofan Capital just last month. Resellee plans to use the fresh capital to expand in Southeast Asia next year.

- 2020: US$1 million in seed funding from Mintech Enterprises and Hofan Venture.
How is the deck compelling?
- It introduces the company’s core team members before starting the pitch.
- Most companies state the problem they want to solve at the beginning, but Resellee’s deck elaborates on its market validation, market size, and future opportunity first.
- After that, the problem statement and solutions offered are introduced.
- The deck also shows the company’s milestones in various aspects and its future roadmap.
- It indicates how Resellee plans to use the funding, with allocation details included as well.
