PB Fintech, the parent company of India-based insurtech startup PolicyBazaar, is all set for its initial public offering today. It is the latest homegrown company to debut on the stock market, following the likes of food delivery firm Zomato and online beauty marketplace Nykaa. Fintech startup Paytm is likely to join them next week.
Riding high on the IPO buzz, PolicyBazaar used this pitch deck to make its case for an over US$760 million listing. The company is looking at a listing valuation of US$6.15 billion via the IPO.
