ABOUT
Singapore-based Kalpha is a peer-to-peer ecosystem for sharing skills and knowledge online. Its platform covers a wide range of topics, including career and finance, arts and crafts, language learning, and media.
Kalpha says that as of December 2020, it has over 70,000 downloads across Singapore and Vietnam, with more than 2,000 listings, and 2,500 completed sessions since its inception in 2018.
The startup used this deck to help it close its seed extension funding round last year, gaining the attention of Singapore angel investors and its existing backer Nest Tech VN. The investment came after the edtech firm raised a six-figure amount in a 2019 seed funding round.
