ABOUT
Established in 2019 by Isaac Morehouse, Crash is a platform that enables job seekers to send video pitches to hiring companies instead of applying conventionally through a resume.
The US-based platform lets applicants feature projects they have worked on, showcase their knowledge of tech tools, and written or video testimonials, in a bid to pitch themselves effectively.
The job-seeking platform comes with a web browser extension, where an applicant can select their preferred job and apply for it. Applicants can also have conversations with recruiters and build their profile through feedback.
This pitch deck was used by Crash on 500 Startups’ Demo Day to obtain its seed funding.
