What if you could understand what happened, without needing to see it firsthand?

In public safety, not everything is visible. Even when it is, it’s not always easy or appropriate to capture. Scenes can be damaged, chaotic, or unsafe to enter, and some environments can’t be covered by cameras due to privacy constraints. That’s where new ways of “seeing” and sensing can make the difference.

Through Hatch’s open innovation challenge Dimension X, two proofs-of-concept were built with Home Team end-users to solve those challenges. Manifold Tech, worked with SCDF, using rapid 3D scanning to digitise fire scenes, giving investigators a clearer picture of damaged environments for stronger investigations and faster insights. Deeply applied AI-powered sound intelligence to help prevent incidents and monitor public spaces, enabling detection in spaces where cameras aren’t viable due to privacy.
