A common misconception many people have about digital concierges is that they don’t give you the β€œhuman touch,” says Joseph Ling, CEO and founder of Vouch.

β€œThere are so many tasks in a hotelier’s job, and when you automate those away, that means they can actually take the time to improve the way the guests feel about the hotel to make their guest experience more memorable,” he explains.

In this video, Ling discusses this misconception. He also talks about his role as Vouch’s CEO and how the company overcame the challenges it faced amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The IMDA Accreditation program was launched in July 2014 to accelerate the growth of promising Singapore-based enterprise tech companies, establish their credentials, build business traction, compete in the global market, and gain more opportunities to showcase their solutions to spur adoption.

Vouch is a digital-concierge platform that helps hotels streamline their operations and enhance their guest experience. The firm is part of the IMDA Accreditation program. Find out more about the company on its website.
