LongHash Ventures picks 9 startups for its 7th cohort

LongHash Ventures, a Web 3-focused investment fund and accelerator based in Singapore, has unveiled the projects included in its seventh cohort.

The shortlisted startups will receive an investment of US$80,000 from the accelerator and get access to a network of more than 1,000 investors, 100,000 community members, and mentorship across Web 3 topics.

LongHash said that it has made some improvements to its program, such as reducing time for workshops to make way for one-on-one consultations with teams. It is also focusing on tokenomics design and collaborating with its founders to develop tokens that help achieve user growth and long-term sustainability as well as incentivize contributors.

Here are the nine startups that made it to LongHash’s seventh cohort:

AlchemyNFT
The platform adds new utilities for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by bringing context, security, and cross-platform functionality.

Earlier this year, it raised US$6 million from entrepreneur Mark Cuban, Crypto.com Capital, Digital Renaissance Fund, Fenbushi Capital, Framework Ventures, Free Company, Hash Global, HashKey, and Huobi Ventures, among others.

GoodGhosting
The company rewards savings by providing gamified habit-forming decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. It launched its first community savings pool on Polygon in June and will gradually rolling out more.

ApeBoard
The platform aims to provide cross-chain DeFi dashboard for comprehensive portfolio overview and risk monitoring.

Nonce Finance
The startup aims to help users create liquid token fractions of their NFTs. Its NFT fractionalization protocol offers guaranteed liquidity and an easy buyout process.

Lit Protocol
The platform provides decentralized access control infrastructure protocol to enable on-chain conditions that can be linked to data, content, and services.

Grape Protocol
The startup provides a toolset for building decentralized social networks on Solana.

Lighthouse
Its filecoin-ethereum bridge allows filecoin interactions directly from ethereum smart contracts and decentralized apps.

Matters Lab
The company provides a decentralized publication platform with subscription services and membership management, among others.
