Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm has interested gamers the world over, and Asian gamers are especially interested, given their love of both MOBA-style games and Blizzard games. Currently, the Heroes of the Storm tech alpha isn’t open to Asian players. But that’s about to change.
The next round of the alpha will see things expanded significantly, and Southeast Asian players will be able to get in on the action (you can opt-in via Battle.net). East Asian gamers will have to wait a little longer, but reportedly plans are that after the massive expansion that’s coming up, the following round of expansions will include China, South Korea, and Taiwan.
There’s no set date for when that testing will take place yet, but if you’re feeling antsy, you can opt-in via Battle.net, or if you’ll be playing on Chinese servers, via the game’s official site here.
