This week on YouTube: zombies, anime, and a deadly rocking horse

This week on YouTube is a new segment we will do every Saturday where we list out our favorite trailers and promotional videos from the week. There are lots of great trailers that get shared throughout the week, and we want to make sure you don’t miss out on the best. Let’s get started.

J-Stars Victory Vs

Bandai Namco is really pushing this game hard. It seems like they have something new to say about J-Stars Victory Vs every single day. Last week, Bandai Namco uploaded this seven minute video showing off all of the playable characters and modes. It was glorious. J-Stars Victory Vs will launch on March 19, 2014 for the PlayStation 3 and Vita.

Deception IV: Blood Ties

This trailer for Deception IV: Blood Ties shows off the many different traps you will be able to set to take down your enemies. These range from typical spikes to a golden rocking horse that launches on to the ground where a tombstone falls on you. The game is nuts, and looks like it will be a blast. Deception IV: Blood Ties came out yesterday in Japan and will see an international release for the PlayStation 3 and Vita on March 25, 2014.

Seiken Densetsu: Rise of Mana

We announced the teaser site for this mobile game yesterday, but earlier this week Square Enix released this trailer for Seiken Densetsu: Rise of Mana and the video blew up. There have been over 200,000 views in just a few days. That’s crazy! Rise of Mana will be a free to play action RPG that will let you switch between two characters, an angel and a demon. No word as to when the game will release, but we will keep you updated.

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call

Square Enix also released four new videos that explained the new modes in Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call. These modes include Versus Mode, Quest Mode, Crystal Fragment Mode, and Random Mode. This rhythm game will feature over 60 different characters and 200 songs from the Final Fantasy universe and will be available for the 3DS on April 24, 2014.
