As part of the The International 2014 Chinese qualifiers, 2,000 figures with unique engraved numbers have been manufactured. Fans may acquire these figures by participating in scheduled activities happening throughout the offline qualifiers. According to this Dota 2 weibo post, non-engraved versions will also be available for purchase. They even come with in-game items as seen in the images. Each figure costs 120 RMB ($19.25) and may be purchased online here. The site is in Chinese but it appears to be possible to ship overseas.
