Tech in Asia Jakarta 2016 by the numbers (INFOGRAPHIC)

[UPDATE on 7 Dec, 7.00pm] We’ve updated the infographic to reflect the latest numbers for investors, speakers, others, and total participant numbers.

This year’s Tech in Asia Jakarta was one for the books. It was an event full of insights and revelations for many in the tech space. Superb panels, in-depth executive keynotes, and a record-breaking Bootstrap Alley exhibition drew more than 5,300 attendees from 34 countries – clocking the largest attendance in the 5-year history of Tech in Asia’s conference series.

The collective hype on social media was also at its loudest roar. Plenty of Twitter activity sprang up from the conference and got #tiajkt2016 trending!

For those who missed the action, we dug into some of the key facts and figures and compiled them into a single infographic. Here’s an overview of Tech in Asia Jakarta 2016 by the numbers, courtesy of our friends at Piktochart and Lamplight Analytics.
