    Will 99.co ever replace PropertyGuru?

I recently relocated to Singapore and was told to use PropertyGuru to look for a place to rent. It does have a really good list of places but I didn’t enjoy my experience on the site. Some folks then introduced 99.co, which has really clean design coupled with really awesome interaction.

Unfortunately (or fortunately), I eventually found an ideal place to rent from PropertyGuru. Basically the listings I see on 99.co already exists on PropertyGuru. Does Singapore need another property site and why would someone choose 99.co over PropertyGuru since the latter has more listings? What is 99.co looking to achieve?
