Hi folks! I’m Hugh Mason, Co-founder and CEO of JFDI.Asia.

JFDI is best known for our photobombing frog mascot Smoochy and our Accelerate program for startups, which was the first of its kind in Asia. Since 2012 we have accelerated 62 startups and turned a $1m investment into a $60m portfolio.

More broadly, we deliver innovation and support a community of entrepreneurs who generate new revenue, employment and capital growth for corporations, governments and investment funds. We do it using proprietary systems, online media and real-world events that teach and advance the emerging science of innovation.

From day-to-day, my job is a mixture of managing our own team, winning us work and investment and also mentoring startup teams on programs like JFDI Accelerate. I’ll happily answer any questions on that or anything you like. Some of the stuff I am often asked about is:
