A few months ago, after receiving feedback from users and our folks at TIA, we took an honest look at how our app could be better. We’ve been working on a major update.
Today, we are excited to introduce our best iOS app ever. Let’s walk through the highlights:
Minimal new look that’s built for speed:The article view has been redesigned to allow a more pleasurable reading experience. We’ve picked a larger font size and added more whitespace to maximize readability. The app is also significantly faster.
Built-in commenting system: You can now read, write, and reply to comments without leaving the app. This lets you follow our popular Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) articles where interesting Q&As happen within the comments section.
Improved search feature: In the past, our in-app search was limited to searching latest articles. With the new app, you are able to search for all articles in our database, even the ones from years ago!
TIA sign in: The app used to require users to sign up for an account separate from our TIA website. This confused users. Now, you can sign in to the app using your TIA account.
As for social sign-ins, it is currently in our product pipeline.
