“What’s more important when you are looking for employees in responsible positions (other than the co-founders) for a startup? Age? Experience? Loyalty? Passion?”

While startups are usually not yet capable of hiring large teams, selecting the right people is always crucial, as they’re the ones who can make or break the company’s growth.

So, what are the traits or qualifications that startups should focus on to make sure they’re building the right team?
