5 Israeli apps for your productivity and peace of mind

An enormous amount of mobile phone apps are at our disposal nowadays. How do you choose the right one to download? How do you know which one you will use the most?

It is hard not to get confused and inundated with useless apps. Therefore, I want to share with you 5 Israeli applications that have increased my personal productivity level and peace of mind, even if they have not yet brought peace to the entire region.

MailWise

MailWise is a mobile email solution. For those of you that are inundated with tons of emails and struggle to organize them, I suggest that you have a closer look at this app. It has made my life significantly easier by highlighting which email messages require attention and by helping me divide my day and work properly.

I use it daily and have come to rely on its features such as email management, regrouping of all email accounts, and searchable contacts and messages. As an organized person, before I used MailWise, it was very frustrating to feel drowned in emails.

When I opened my email box, I got lost easily and didn’t know where to start. One of my friends told me to download MailWise, and since then I finally have a clear, easy and well-organized mail box.

Gett (GetTaxi)

Gett, previously GetTaxi, is the Israeli Uber. You can use this app in Tel Aviv, London, New York, Paris, Berlin or Moscow, and is perfect for people like me who often need taxis but don’t have the patience to wait too long for it.

How does it work? You order a cab from your mobile phone app and then track in real time the moves of your taxi on the screen – where is it? When will it be here? Is it stuck in traffic?

Another point that I like about this app is that it makes me feel secure. Indeed, when you order a taxi through GetTaxi, the personal information of your driver is provided to you in advance: his license number, rating by other users, his name, and even his picture. Moreover, after you have arrived at your destination, you automatically get a receipt in your phone and an option to rate your taxi driver.

Freeletics

If like me, it is impossible to have peace of mind without a little bit of workout, you will probably also come to consider Freeletics a must-have app!

We all have excuses not to work out, but this app helps you to shape your body anytime and anywhere. It is well planned by professional (athletes and scientists) and you are constantly motivated during your training.
