Manatal offers an AI-powered SaaS platform that allows companies to hire faster at lower costs. It also helps startups improve internal and external communications, bolster recruitment data sets, track key performance indicators, and provide data-backed recommendations.
The company was founded by CEO Jeremy Fichet and CTO Yassine Bel Mamoun in Bangkok. According to Manatal, the company has helped “thousands” of clients across 130 countries hire almost 100,000 candidates since its establishment in 2019. The firm also said that it has seen a 3x year-on-year growth in revenue.
“We’re proud of the success the platform has seen and are looking forward to further expanding our global reach,” shared Fichet. This planned expansion comes as the war for talent continues globally and companies continue to look for tech to improve a candidate’s experience, a Korn Ferry report noted.
