Challenging times breed great startups.
For employees, the ideal startup offers what many corporations can’t: a chance to do high-impact, meaningful, and multifaceted work that will shape industries for years to come. All that without being bogged down by office bureaucracy and politics.
Sure, working in these ventures isn’t as comfortable as a corporate gig, but they also offer flexible schedules, rapid personal growth, forward-looking practices, and strong financial upside.
Tech in Asia, together with global market research firm Statista, wants to recognize what the best startups have to offer.
It’s why we are launching Singapore’s Best Startup Employers 2026, a new award that acknowledges the most outstanding employers among Singapore’s startup community.
Eligible companies must be headquartered in Singapore, founded within the last 15 years, employ more than 10 team members, and operate their own website. They also cannot be a subsidiary or a public company.
We aim to select over 150 employers, rating them based on Statista’s composite benchmark score across three indicators.
