Omni HR, a Singapore-based HR management platform, has raised US$7.4 million led by Picus Capital, with Alpha JWC Ventures, January Capital, and Ratio Ventures participating.

The capital will support Omni HR’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region and enhance its product offerings.

The platform aids in workforce management through automation and multi-country payroll management. Its customer base includes companies in Asia, with users in 79 countries.

The company, founded in 2021 by former Goldman Sachs executive Brian Ip, now has total funding of US$9.8 million.
