SINGAPORE – April 14, 2026 – Icon Consulting Group, a leading Singapore-headquartered SAP Partner IT Services and Staffing provider, has been acquired by Dirbato, a Tokyo-based IT and digital transformation services firm. This strategic acquisition marks Dirbato’s entry into the international market and reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its global footprint
Founded and headquartered in Singapore, Icon Consulting Group has grown into a formidable player in the Asia-Pacific and European markets. Since 2024, with the support of Felicity Global Capital (formerly known as ACA Investments) as a key shareholder, Icon has accelerated its international expansion, further strengthening its growth trajectory. With offices spanning Singapore, Japan, Australia, Vietnam, and a growing presence in Europe, Icon now deploys more than 300 SAP consultants and IT services professionals across APAC and EMEA regions. In 2025, Icon achieved organically grown revenues of SGD 50 million with an EBIT of approximately SGD 6 million.
