Ride-hailing titan Didi Chuxing was hit by a massive system failure that disrupted services in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and other major cities in China.

The outage affected app functions including navigation, ride-hailing, and journey confirmation, according to users and local media reports. While Didi said it has fixed all ride-hailing issues, its bike-sharing service hasn’t been fully restored.
