Luxshare Precision Industry, a supplier for Apple, is set to increase its investment in Vietnam to US$504 million as part of an effort to move manufacturing away from China.

The investment involves a facility in the Bac Giang province, which will employ thousands of workers to make smartwatches and cables for smart devices, among other products.
