Alibaba’s logistics unit, Cainiao Network Technology, is reportedly preparing to file for a Hong Kong IPO as early as next week. The firm aims to raise a minimum of US$1 billion through the listing.

The potential listing follows Alibaba’s announcement of a major restructuring exercise earlier this year.
