TDCX, a Singapore-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, has opened its 29th campus in São Paulo, Brazil to boosts the company’s presence in North and Latin America.
Over the last three years, TDCX has opened campuses in Colombia, Romania, South Korea, Turkey, and Vietnam, where its key gaming clients are located, the company said in a statement.
Brazil’s BPO segment is projected to reach a market value of US$4.9 billion by 2027, according to Statista.
Founded in 1995 by Laurent Junique, TDCX provides BPO services in customer experience for companies to acquire and retain new customers.
Its clients include tech giants like Meta and Airbnb, as well as other businesses across sectors such as gaming, fintech, home sharing, travel, streaming, and ecommerce. TDCX operates across 14 Asian, European, and Latin American markets, employing over 17,800 staff.
It posted a revenue of US$131.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, up 14.2% year on year.
The company is scheduled to report its Q1 2023 earnings on June 1.
