Founded in 2019, Reti follows an online-to-offline distribution model that aims to bridge the gap between traditional and modern real estate distribution, improve the efficiency and professionalism of sales agents, and enhance the customer’s overall experience.

Reti also partners with real estate developers to bring quality listings to customers through tech and a network of sales agents.

The startup said it logged a total transaction value of US$130 million in 2020 and expanded the number of its real estate centers across the country.

Vietnam’s new generation of proptech startups want to tackle the low level of trust in real estate transactions while capitalizing on its fast-growing market.

Reti’s local proptech competitors in the country include Rever, which has raised US$16.5 million in total funding, and Softbank-backed Propzy.
