SG digibank Trust hits 100,000 customers within 2 weeks of launch
Trust, a Singapore-based digital bank, has onboarded 100,000 customers within 10 days of its launch in September.

According to Trust, users of ages 18 to 90 and above signed up on the platform.
Backed by a partnership between Standard Chartered Bank and Fairprice Group, Trust offers a range of products and services, including credit cards, savings accounts, and family personal accident insurance.
The bank’s services are also tied into Fairprice Group’s loyalty program. Singpass account owners can sign up for bank accounts within minutes on the platform.
“This is just the beginning and we are excited to improve the Trust experience through our deepening partnership with our community,” Trust CEO Dwaipayan Sadhu said in a statement.
GXS, backed by Grab and Singtel, is the other digital bank in the latest wave of digital banks in Singapore. GXS’ offering ties in to Grab’s app and was the first digital bank to obtain the data protection trustmark certification from Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority.
