The startup offers a platform based on software as a service that helps automate workflows for firms operating in the outdoor service industry with the help of AI. It supports tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, paving, and pest control.
The firm was founded by Shiva Dhawan and Sarthak Vijay in 2017. Attentive said it is the only AI-based solution in the market for outdoor services.
Its platform is currently being used by large US-based landscaping companies such as Juniper, US Lawns, Beary Landscaping, Greenscape, Nanak, and Perficut.
Attentive will use the fresh funds to further develop its platform and automate more outdoor workflow features through its system.
As inflation and labor rates rise, landscapers are on the lookout for ways to automate manual workflows, Attentive CEO Dhawan said.
The global SaaS industry is set to grow to a market value of US$720.44 billion by 2028 at a compound annual growth rate of 25.89%, according to estimates from SkyQuest Technology.
