Hospitality and real estate management service Butler has raised US$540,000 in a seed round to scale its operations and hire more people in the city.
Angel investors Massimo Mantero, Emanuele Novi, and Vincenzo De Falco were among those to join the round.

Founded in 2016 by CEO Poon Da Qian, the Singapore-based company offers housekeeping, concierge, property management, and property maintenance services, among others, to more than 200 apartment residents, office managers, and property managers.
“This investment will allow us to explore and launch greater services for our clients,” Da Qian said.
Da Qian said that the company charges US$25 per hour and also offers 12-month subscription packages for daily housekeeping priced at US$330 per month.
He added that there is no other startup that offers a similar service package but counts businesses in the hospitality and cleaning industries as competitors.
Da Qian said that the company also plans on creating a specialized service to help office managers, property managers, and developers manage their businesses or properties “cohesively.”
