Made in India: SearchEnabler is a SEO Tool For Start-ups

searchenblerIf you have trouble with search engine optimization (SEO), you might want to check out SearchEnabler, a made in India search optimizer tool. All you have to do is to type your website URL, the keywords which you’re trying to optimize for, and select the Google Analytics option — and then you’re good to go.

The diagnosis report will only show up after SearchEnabler has crawled your website. Once crawled, users are able to determine SEO key factors including the number of broken links, duplicated titles, pages with missing meta descriptions, and many more critical factors. In short, SearchEnabler helps you identify the problems, and tackle them, to achieve better search rankings on keywords related to your business. Plus, you can also track your competitors’ SEO performance and fill in keywords which they might have missed out. It’s sort of like an ambush tactic.

SearchEnabler is currently in private beta testing but has already gotten more than 50 beta requests from over 15 different countries. Co-founder Khadim Batti told us that his start-up has not spent a single penny on marketing. With the domain name SeachEnabler.com just a couple months old, the site has already gotten a PageRank of 3. For such a young site I think it’s worth mentioning. Batti shared more with Penn Olson about the beta roll out:

We have released beta credentials to the first batch of 15 users from Spain, Brazil, Germany, UK, US, Vietnam, and India, and are planning to iterate every month based on beta usage feedback. We would be in shape to have a commercial launch in another two to three iterations.

While some of you might have tried SEO tools like SEOMoz or DIYSEO, Batti pointed out that SearchEnabler is the first of such tools in Asia. With its key operations in India, it helps to bring down costs for clients and also allows easy customer support in Asian markets. Batti told us that SearchEnabler is very focused on providing SEO solutions to start-ups, freelancers, and small businesses — a group of clients which is often neglected.

When asked about SearchEnabler’s future plans, Batti said that he would love to add features like prediction models for SEO, single view on all ranking factors, and a web link graph. The team, which includes just Batti and co-founder Vara Kumar, is now very focused on getting the product right. However, Batti did mention that he is looking for smart investors and also the right talents to bring his start-up further. Stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted on their progress.
