Ola secures US$139 million in series J money

The deal pegged the mobility startup’s pre-money valuation at around US$7.3 billion.

Ola’s latest round was led by Edelweiss PE. IIFL, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and corporates also participated in the round.

The raise comes as Ola’s in the lead-up to its planned US$1 billion listing, which is expected to come as early as the first half of next year.

Delhivery acquires US-based drone startup

Through its acquisition of Transition Robotics, Delhivery aims to bolster its capabilities in areas such as aerial photography, inspection, and location surveys.

The deal includes all of Transition Robotics’ intellectual property filed in the US.

The development comes as the logistics startup prepares for an IPO, which is expected bring the company about US$1 billion.

Fresh product group-buying firm banks US$26 million

WestBridge, SAI Global, and Omidyar Network also participated in Otipy‘s series B round.

According to regulatory filings, Otipy allotted thousands of preference shares and 10 equity shares to raise the amount.
