India-based Bizongo offers digital vendor management, supply chain automation, and supply chain financing services. It currently works with over 135 clients from industries including fashion and lifestyle, pharmaceuticals, and ecommerce.
Sachin Agrawal, Bizongo’s co-founder and CEO, said the company wants to offer similar benefits to manufacturers across Southeast Asia and help them scale in the vibrant market.
Yaron Primovich, the global chief revenue officer of Liquidity Group, said the funding will also help Bizongo maintain availability of its packaging materials, avoid stock-outs at very low inventory levels, and help its clients reduce made-to-order product procurement costs.
In December 2021, Bizongo raised US$110 million in a series D round led by Tiger Global Management, valuing the firm at US$600 million.
The startup was founded by Aniket Deb, Ankit Tomar, and Agrawal in 2015.
