Min-Liang Tan’s Razer journey (infographic)

Razer co-founder and CEO Min-Liang Tan loves video games – so much so that he not only made a living out of them, but built one of the world’s most prominent hardware companies dedicated to games.

For the past 11 years, Razer has associated its name and that of its co-founder with sleek, high-quality products and a casual, personable attitude. Now, the company is looking to scale more entertainment hills with its recent acquisition of Star Wars creator George Lucas’ audio specialists, THX.

Min-Liang’s own path from that first Boomslang mouse to the THX buy-out has featured some twists and turns worthy of any video game, including a stint as a solicitor at Singapore’s Supreme Court.

Here’s the story so far, illustrated by Tech in Asia’s Andre Gunawan.
