Puzzle & Dragon Ball: Dragon Ball Z Kai characters set to appear in Puzzle & Dragons

A teaser site was launched today to promote a new collaboration between Gungho Online Entertainment’s biggest moneymaker Puzzle & Dragons and the legendary anime Dragon Ball Z Kai.

The site has not divulged any real information aside from the collaboration announcement, only displaying both series’ logos and Japanese text that reads “Dragon Ball and Puzzle & Dragons finally fuse!” Fusion is the perfect word to use in this case, considering how both franchises make use of dragons and the character fusion mechanic.

This is the latest of many past Puzzle & Dragons collaborations with famous series, including tie-ins with Batman and even Neon Genesis Evangelion.

If past collaborations are anything to go on, popular Dragon Ball Z Kai characters like Goku and Vegeta will be characters you may add to your deck, and special dungeons featuring the colorful Dragon Ball cast may be added to the game as well. The whole collaboration is looking to be really exciting and I already can’t wait to see what other series Puzzle & Dragons will collaborate with next.
