The Rebuild Evangelion collaboration is not the only bit of Puzzle and Dragons news to hit today. GungHo Online Entertainment has announced that it is working on a major update to Puzzle and Dragons called Puzzle and Dragons W.
Not much is known about what this update will do to the original game, but we do know that a completely new mode will be added to Pazu Dora. Dubbed Dragon, or Dora, Mode, it will have you taking your Tamadra avatar on a side scrolling adventure. There will be obstacles as well as time restrictions that you will need to overcome with the aid of power-ups and the RPG system. It’s not entirely new, though. You will use the same puzzle system that Pazu Dora has always used to move your avatar across the screen.
The update will come sometime in the spring of 2014, and I, for one, can’t wait to try it out.
