Prepare for EVO 2014 with our Apex Play-Asia Qanba RAF Q4 stick giveaway

The EVO 2014 lineup was announced last week, and we know you’ve all started adding to that cookie jar EVO fund you have sitting on the fridge, but what’s EVO to the fighting game fan if he (or she) has no fight stick?

Play-Asia recently sponsored the Apex fighting game tournament in New Jersey and produced a Qanba RAF Q4 stick with a commemorative Apex 2014 face plate. The Qanba RAF Q4 is the fourth iteration of fight sticks to come from the Shenzhen-based gaming peripheral company and can be used interchangeably with the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms.

The Qanba RAF Q4 is on the heavier side of fight sticks, but is a decent investment if you don’t stick with just one platform and want to be prepared for all battles. The Q4 comes with two additional button covers in case you want to remove any, and the faceplate and buttons are easily swapped out to whatever you might prefer. There is also an accompanying earpiece that you are probably going to chuck aside, seeing as how it adds zero value to your fighting games. Who plugs an earpiece into a stick, anyhow?
