Philippines: Level Up! Games revving up for the world stage with its Pro Tour

Level Up! Games’ push for the world stage is in high gear as the eliminations for its ongoing Level Up! Pro Tour are nearing the end of its first month. Players from across the Philippines are battling it out for the top spots in six different games which include; Ran Online, Cabal Online, Ragnarok Online, Audition, Perfect World and Grand Chase .

February’s first month of eliminations just scratched the surface of the Pro Tour and is scheduled to have roughly 157 elimination matches within the Philippines. The winner will get to represent the county in the Ran Online, Cabal Online, Ragnarok Online, Audition Dance Battle, Perfect World and Grand Chase tournaments.

The Ragnarok Online leg of the Pro Tour is, in fact, the Philippine’s qualifiers for the upcoming Ragnarok World Championships (RWC). Finalists in the Pro Tour will have to duke it out in the upcoming Ragnarok Online Philippine championships in the third quarter of 2014, and the winning team will represent the Philippines as their Ragnarok champion. The RWC has yet to receive a date or venue, but we’ll let you know once it does.

We were also informed that the winning team of the Ran Online Pro Tour will represent the Philippines in the upcoming Ran Online Global Tournament (GT). However, Level Up! Games has yet to receive any word as to whether or not the tournament will actually take place this year, seeing how last year’s Ran Online GT just didn’t happen.
