While running a consultancy with over 100 members, two co-founders faced a growth bottleneck. Complex payroll and final settlement processes for a high-turnover workforce were consuming valuable time.

After discovering this was a widespread issue, they founded Plouton AI to automate these financial workflows.

😟 Problem

Finance teams in mid-market companies often work with multiple tools and portals that lack integration. Operating across different legal frameworks, these systems require significant manual data entry and reconciliation.

As a result, these companies fall into a gap. They are too small for bespoke enterprise solutions but too large to manage scaling with manual work.

💡 Solution

Plouton AI deploys AI-powered “virtual employees” to automate financial operations without needing system integrations. These agents work within a secure environment with access to a company’s existing tools.

Key automated tasks include:

  • Invoicing and payroll processing
  • Month-end financial close
  • Final settlement calculations for departing employees
