NTT Data has announced a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with AWS to support enterprise cloud modernization and AI adoption.

The collaboration aims to help clients modernize legacy systems, develop industry-specific cloud solutions, and adopt responsible AI practices.

Key focus areas include large-scale cloud transformation, industry cloud offerings, AI-driven customer experiences, and compliance with data sovereignty regulations in Europe.

NTT DATA has formed an AWS business group with nearly 11,000 certified experts and plans to certify nearly 10,000 more to accelerate deployment.

The partnership includes supporting clients like Honda Trading Asia, which migrated to AWS with NTT DATA’s assistance.

The companies plan to develop new AI-enabled cloud solutions across financial services, healthcare, the public sector, and manufacturing.
