Fashion ecommerce app Lyke has raised a series A round worth “close to” US$4 million, it announced today. The round is led by German venture capital firm Holtzbrinck Ventures, an early-stage investor that has backed several companies in Europe, including Groupon, Quandoo, and HelloFresh.

Singapore-based Asia Pacific Internet Group, which is a joint venture of Rocket Internet and Qatari telco Ooredoo, also joined the round.

Lyke’s app combines several online fashion and lifestyle retailers, allowing users to browse through products and make purchases without leaving the platform. The startup claims to have over 150,000 products available on the app, and that it gets 30,000 orders per month.

Lyke will use the funding to continue developing its app. “We have grown consistently by listening to our users and investing in the product, and we plan to continue this path,” says CEO Bastian Purrer in a statement.

Bastian is a former international chief marketing officer for Zalora Southeast Asia and has previously worked for Groupon and Homejoy. He co-founded Lyke in 2015.
