Zhipu shares rise 5% as GLM models gain recognition
Shares of Beijing-based AI model developer Zhipu, listed in Hong Kong, rose 4.95% to HK$657.5 (US$84) in early trading on October 5.
Its GLM model family has recently gained recognition overseas.
AI coding tool Cursor announced the launch of GLM-5.3 and GLM-5.3-Flash.
Cursor said GLM-5.3, under its Max reasoning setting, ranked first among open-weight models on CursorBench 4.0, its programming benchmark. The model scored 42.6%.
Aleph Alpha, a Germany-based AI company, also said its new Kolibri model uses GLM.
Cursor documentation shows a GLM 5.2 model page, indicating some integration of the model, and lists a models-and-pricing section.
The snippets do not independently confirm GLM-5.3 availability or specify GLM pricing, access terms, or regional restrictions.
