YouTrip expands to Australia with 0% forex fees for travelers
YouTrip, a Singapore-based multi-currency travel card provider, has launched its services in Australia.
This marks the company’s first market expansion since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Australians, who took over 12 million overseas trips in the past year, are often subject to high exchange rates and fees when spending abroad.
YouTrip’s entry aims to address these costs by offering real-time exchange rates with no foreign exchange fees for Australian travelers.
The company said its app is now available nationwide in Australia on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
YouTrip has processed over US$15 billion in total annual payment volume and operates in Singapore and Thailand.
The company is building a local team in Australia across several functions as part of its expansion strategy.
