Xiaomi unveils SU7 Ultra EV to compete with Tesla

Xiaomi introduced its newest electric vehicle, the SU7 Ultra, at an event on Tuesday.

The vehicle, priced at US$114,200 is positioned to compete with Tesla’s Model S Plaid and the Porsche Taycan Turbo.

The SU7 Ultra is driven by three electric motors, delivering 1,548 horsepower and 1,770Nm of torque.

This setup allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.98 seconds. It can reach a top speed of 350 km/h.

The SU7 Ultra is planned for launch in March next year.
