Xiaomi is preparing to reintroduce its T series smartphones to India with the expected launch of the Xiaomi 17T, according to information from the GSMA IMEI database seen by XiaomiTime.

The database lists two versions of the device: 2602DPT53G for international markets and 2602DPT53I for India, both under the codename P12A.

This marks Xiaomi’s return to the India T series lineup after its last release, the Xiaomi 11T Pro, in January 2022.

India’s smartphone market is highly competitive, especially in the mid-range and premium segments.

Further details on the Xiaomi 17T’s specifications and launch date have not been disclosed.
