Xiaomi to expand EV factory in Beijing
Xiaomi Corp. is expanding its second EV factory in Beijing following increased sales targets for this year, which have risen to 350,000 units.

The factory, located in the Yizhuang district, began construction last year on a 53-hectare site purchased for 842 million yuan (around US$116 million).
Production is expected to start mid-year. The expansion will include an adjacent 52-hectare plot, according to the source; however, Xiaomi has not officially commented on this development.
