X rolls out vertical video feed globally, limited to iOS

X, the social media platform owned by Elon Musk, has begun rolling out its vertical video feed globally.

The feature was first introduced in the US earlier this week and is now available in countries like India, Australia, and parts of Europe.

An X spokesperson confirmed that the rollout is ongoing but currently limited to iOS devices, with no word on when it will be available for Android users.

The vertical video feed can be accessed via a dedicated tab in the X app, next to the Grok button.

It offers entertainment content and included in-feed advertisements to boost user engagement and generate revenue.

This update is part of X’s ongoing strategy to expand its video offerings, which includes the launch of a stand-alone TV app and short-video navigation features in recent years.
